    Taojiang Xinxing Fittings Co., Ltd is the jiont stock company of the Xinxing Pipes Co.,Ltd and the Wuhu Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. The casting technique and equipment by vacuum lost foam process, which is used for ductile iron pipe fittings ,are developed by Taojiang Xinxing Fittings Co,.Ltd. The total annul production capacity is about 30 000Ts. It is the biggest product base of the ductile iron fittings in the Asians. Taojiang Xinxing Fittings Co,.Ltd fuses the raw iron material by co-operating the cupola and the holding furnace, and use computer spectrum analysis for the component of the iron water. We have a perfect laboratory in order to inspect physical property and analyze the chemical component.

    The specification of fittings from the company including more than 6000, which from DN50-2200mm, and the joint type have “T” “K””N1” “N2” “S” restrained joint and all the flexible connector  dismantling joint ,flange adaptor , tapping sleeves and quickly repair machine etc.. The Double Flanged pipe with length of 4500mm is available. In 2005, we have developed the technical of the fusion bonded epoxy and the polyurethane coating, can provide the fittings with many kinds of coating by the requirement of the clients.

    40% of Xinxing product are exported to 58 countries and regions including Germany, the U.K, Ital, Japan, Syria, Switzerland, Singapore, Kuwait, the U.S., South Africa and Brazil etc. The annual foreign exchange earnings is up to USD200 millions from export business. In China, Xinxing pipes has covered 32 provinces, cities and autonomous regions, and has been extensively used for many large-scale projects of the country. Such as Qinshan Nuclear Power Station, Yellow River Diversion Work in Tauyuan city.
