◆ powder coating

    The powder coating is a special variety coating. It different from the conventional solvent coating .It neither contains organic solvent nor the solid powder of  coating which without water . it is a coating which is put the powder spraying onto the workpieces, melt down to the liquid, and flow flat on the workpieces.

◆ the basic principle of electrostatic spraying

    Electrostatic spraying uses the influence of the high-pressure electrical field and the effect of frictional electrification. So the powder coating and the workpieces have the inverse electric charge by the influence. So the powder coating absorbed on the workpieces, after heating in hardener  at a certain temperature , it pass metal, flow and solidity change into the film covered on the workpieces. It is a new spraying method can made an uniformity, compact coating to protect the surface of the workpieces. At present, Taojiang Xinxing is spraying the epoxy coating spray onto the pipes by the electrostatic spraying method.
